HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Purchasing on ILOSTMYMIND is quick and easy. You can complete your order without creating an account. However, we recommend creating one to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Browse items: You can freely explore our catalog by selecting the category you’re interested in from the navigation menu. To make your search more precise, use the filters or the site’s search function.

Product information: On each product page, you can view all the details related to the item (description, composition, measurements, fit). By clicking on the product image, you can enlarge it to see every detail.

How to purchase: To buy a product on ILOSTMYMIND:

  1. On the product page, select the color and size from the available options;

  2. Add the product to your cart;

  3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view your cart at any time by clicking the icon at the top right of the screen;

  4. Click on the cart icon and proceed with your order whenever you’re ready;

  5. If you have an account, you can log in, or continue as a guest and enter your shipping address (and optionally a billing address);

  6. Select your preferred shipping method and payment option;

  7. Enter your payment details;

  8. Check that all the information is correct and click on “Complete order”.

Within a few minutes, a thank-you message will appear in the center of the page confirming that your purchase was successful. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

WHAT IS A PROMOTIONAL CODE AND HOW TO USE IT?

Discount codes are provided to take advantage of special promotions. We often send promotional codes to customers subscribed to our Newsletter on special occasions.

If you have received a promotional code, simply enter it on the checkout page: the discount will be automatically calculated and displayed.
Please make sure that the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.
Remember to enter the promotional code during checkout, as it cannot be added afterward.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IN CASE OF DEFECTS IN THE GARMENT?

The first thing to do as soon as you notice a defect is to contact us at mail@ilostmymind.net and provide as many details as possible (order number, which item is defective, what the defect is, etc.).

A member of our Customer Service team will find a solution and respond to your request as soon as possible.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF AN ORDER?

To change the shipping address of an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase by email at mail@ilostmymind.net.

If the package has already been shipped, it may take longer to be delivered, as the courier will need to be contacted and informed of the new address.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once the order has been completed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
You will need to wait for delivery and then proceed with a possible return and/or exchange.

CAN I CHOOSE THE DELIVERY TIME AND DATE?

Unfortunately, no, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date or time. However, you may try contacting the local courier directly to arrange a possible delivery date.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you are a registered user, log in to your Account area to view your order status in the “My Orders” section.

If you are not registered, you will still receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, including a tracking link for your shipment.

HOW CAN I CHECK THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

If the order has been placed correctly and confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive an email with all the details.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped using a trackable delivery service. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your shipment.

After 24 hours from dispatch, you will be able to follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Our production model is based on a responsible, artisanal philosophy: each garment is made to order, only after the purchase has been placed. This approach allows us to avoid waste, eliminate excess stock, and reduce our environmental impact.

This is also the reason why we are able to offer a high-quality product at such an accessible price.

We are aware that this results in longer waiting times compared to what you may be used to, but we believe it is worth waiting for something made with care, attention, and respect for the environment.

On average, production times are 5–15 working days, unless there are specific production delays.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY CODE?

On Mastercard and Visa cards, the security code is a 3-digit number located on the back of the card, near the signature strip of the cardholder.

On American Express cards, the security code is located on the front of the card and is a 4-digit number.

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

For us, security is extremely important, so we want you to know that your information will be encrypted and kept safe. At ILOSTMYMIND, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encoding systems (SSL).

All transactions are processed through a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standards in encrypted form: your credit card details are completely unreadable to third parties.

We also use only protected connections, as shown by the “https” prefix and the padlock symbol displayed in your browser’s address bar.

To protect your credit card purchases, each order will require you to enter the security code CVV2/CVC2/CID.

We also take fraud risks seriously. All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization both by us and by your bank.

Our payment department will carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and, as an additional safeguard, may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

In each product page, you can find a brief description including the composition of the garment.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

To update your details, log in to your Account using your email and password. By clicking “Edit”, you will be able to update the information you want.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT CAN I DO?

To recover your password, simply access the following link and enter the email address you used to register.

You will receive an email that will allow you to set a new password for your Account.

DO I NEED TO BE REGISTERED TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

It is not necessary to be registered to make a purchase, but you will not be able to view your orders in your private account area.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ON A DIFFERENT CARD THAN THE ONE USED FOR THE ORDER?
For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different card than the one used for the purchase.
 
HOW AND WHERE IS THE REFUND PROCESSED?

All returned items will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

When an order (or part of it) is returned, we refund only the price paid for the items and not shipping costs, duties, etc., unless the entire order is defective.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Depending on the shipping method you used, it may take up to 15 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.

All refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the order. The amount will be available on your account again within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you have noticed an issue with your order (defective product or item different from what you ordered), please send an email to info@ilostmymind.net following these instructions:

  • Include your order number and the issue in the subject line of the email;

  • Describe the problem in the body of the email;

  • Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

You will be contacted within 24/48 hours by our Customer Service team to resolve the issue and arrange the pickup of the non-compliant item through our courier.

Once the pickup date and location are confirmed, you will receive via email a shipping label containing the tracking number, which you must print and attach to the package before handing it over to the courier.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or need to exchange a size, you can request a return HERE.

  1. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order;

  2. Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return;

  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the package.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may return/exchange only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. To request a return, simply visit our RETURNS CENTER.

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

It may take up to 7 days for this change to take effect.

If you change your mind in the future, you can subscribe again by following the instructions above.
