Customers may return items purchased on ilostmymind.net within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return request must be made via email and must include:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Order number
- Product to be returned
- Reason (optional)
If the request is approved, the customer will receive a return authorization email with instructions to follow.
If the request is rejected, the customer is not authorized to return the goods. Returned items without authorization will not be accepted.
All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, including labels, tags, belts, packaging, authenticity certificates, and any promotional free items (if applicable).
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted. Items must only be tried on and not used outdoors. All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.
We do not accept returns for items damaged during transport, personalized items, sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once opened after delivery, or items purchased outside ilostmymind.net.
To ensure proper protection during shipping, we recommend using an additional protective box to provide greater safety during transport.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product will be inspected.
If the goods show defects attributable to ILOSTMYMIND, a full refund will be issued.
If the goods show defects attributable to the customer, the refund will be calculated based on the damage caused to the items.
Shipping costs for goods not compliant with the requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product meets all requirements, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request was made, credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
ilostmymind.net reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
