GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE for ilostmymind.net
1. FORMATION, CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TERMS
The purchase agreement for the Products is concluded upon the correct completion and submission of the order form. This form includes the customer and order details, the price of the purchased Product, any additional costs, payment methods and terms, the delivery address, delivery times, and information about the right of withdrawal, as well as consent to the processing of personal data.
When ILOSTMYMIND receives the order from the User, it sends a confirmation email or displays a printable web page with the order confirmation and summary, including the information listed above.
These Terms shall not be considered effective between the parties unless the above procedure has been completed.
ILOSTMYMIND may modify or update these Terms in whole or in part. The User acknowledges and agrees that any changes will apply only to orders placed after the date on which the updated Terms are communicated. Users are therefore encouraged to review the Terms each time they access ilostmymind.net and are advised to print a copy for future reference.
2. REGISTRATION
To use certain features of ilostmymind.net, Users must register by providing complete and truthful information in the registration form and fully accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Under no circumstances shall ILOSTMYMIND be held responsible for loss, disclosure, theft, or unauthorized use of login credentials by third parties.
3. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION AND CLOSURE
Registered Users may stop using the service at any time and request account deactivation or deletion via the website interface, if available, or by contacting Customer Service in writing.
ILOSTMYMIND reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time and without notice in case of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
4. PURCHASES ON ILOSTMYMIND.NET
Purchases can be made by both Consumers and non-Consumers.
Under Italian Consumer Law (Art. 3, Legislative Decree 206/2005), Consumers are natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, professional, or artisanal activity.
Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
ILOSTMYMIND strives to describe and present Products as accurately as possible, although minor errors or differences may occur. Product images are illustrative and not contractually binding.
ILOSTMYMIND may accept orders partially (e.g., if some items are unavailable). In such cases, the contract applies only to the available Products.
ILOSTMYMIND reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:
- Product unavailability
- Payment authorization failure
- Clearly incorrect pricing
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices and shipping costs may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown before order confirmation.
Users agree to pay the full amount as indicated at checkout.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued after inspection of returned items and within 14 days from withdrawal notification, unless delays occur in the return process.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe Payment). ILOSTMYMIND does not handle or store payment details.
If payment authorization is refused, the order cannot be fulfilled.
6. INVOICING
Users requesting an invoice must provide billing details at purchase and then request the invoice via Customer Service email. The information provided by the User will be considered accurate, and the User is responsible for its correctness.
7. DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Products are delivered to the address provided by the User within the estimated time shown at checkout.
Users must verify the package upon receipt before signing delivery confirmation.
In case of stock shortages, Users will be informed via email and may confirm or cancel the order.
ILOSTMYMIND is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, accidents).
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without penalty.
To exercise this right, Users must contact Customer Service. Return instructions will be provided.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used for purchase.
Return shipping costs (€10) are borne by the customer.
Returned items must be intact, unused, and in original condition. Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or improperly used will not be accepted.
9. WITHDRAWAL FORM
Requests must include: name, surname, email, order number, and reason (optional). If approved, return instructions will be provided.
10. LEGAL WARRANTY
Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty under Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.
Consumers may request repair or replacement free of charge, or where not possible, price reduction or contract termination.
11–20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, LIABILITY, FORCE MAJEURE, DISPUTES
ILOSTMYMIND owns all intellectual property rights related to the website and content.
The website is provided “as is” without warranties. The company is not liable for interruptions, errors, or damages beyond its control.
Users agree to indemnify ILOSTMYMIND from any claims arising from misuse.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence.

21. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) worldwide, except for the UK (GBP) and USA (USD). Payments are processed in EUR, with currency conversion applied by the card provider at the exchange rate on the transaction date.
